Returns and exchanges are easy peasy....
We're sorry if anything we've sent it not quite right, send it back to us within 21 days for a full refund or exchange.

1. Fill in your details on the returns form and pop this sheet in the parcel.  Fancy something else?  If you'd like to exchange an item, please let us know what you'd like.

2. Package up your items (unwashed and unworn of course). 

3. Stick the handy FREEPOST returns label on the front of your parcel and pop round to your local post office.  We would strongly advise getting a FREE certificate of posting from the Post Office as parcels do go missing from time to time.  To upgrade to the more secure Recorded Delivery service please ask at the Post Office counter.  As we're sure you understand we can't be held responsible for parcels that don't arrive back with us.

 

As soon as we receive your parcel, we'll sort out the exchange or refund (minus a postage administration cost of £3.95 per parcel).  Naturally this will not apply if your item is faulty, or we are running a FREE RETURNS offer (sign up to be a Bb VIP on the front page of our site to receive details of these).
