This gorgeous necklace features a mini and maxi tag charm (which can both be personalised) and a silver heart charm. All clustered together with pretty rose quartz stone and the birthstone gemstones of your choice.

These elegant charms hang from an elegant 17" curb chain which front fastens with a heart toggle clasp. In solid hallmarked silver this really is the perfect special reminder of your precious little bundle.

Personalising your present
You can add one word, name or date to each side of the long charms. Dates should be DD/MM/YY and the maximum number of characters allowed is 8 per side on the small tag and 10 per side on the longer one.
